Conquering the Great Forest 2026 – Binh Minh Viet’s Journey of Connection

The Team Building 2026 journey of Binh Minh Viet Plastic Joint Stock Company under the theme “Conquering the Great Forest” in Da Lat has successfully concluded, leaving behind many memorable impressions in the hearts of every participating member.

Taking place over three days from June 21 to June 23, 2026, the program provided an opportunity for the Binh Minh Viet collective to temporarily set aside daily routines, experience together, foster connections, and recharge energy for the growth path ahead.

Overcoming Challenges Together – Building Strength Together

Amidst the distinctive natural landscapes of Da Lat, members of Binh Minh Viet participated in various Team Building activities that demanded coordination, teamwork, mutual support, and the determination to achieve common goals.

Each challenge brought a unique flavor, yet all converged toward a shared value: collective strength is forged through the unity of every individual member.

The enthusiastic cheers, moments of overcoming hurdles side by side, and radiant smiles following each challenge narrowed the gaps among departments, cultivating deeper understanding and strong cohesion across the entire Company.

More Than Just a Trip

“Conquering the Great Forest” brought not only relaxing moments away from work routines, but also valuable opportunities for members to converse, share, and better understand one another beyond the conventional work setting.

From colleagues routinely collaborating across tasks, everyone transformed into true teammates standing shoulder to shoulder throughout every activity. These shared experiences contribute to building a more open and cohesive work environment, laying a solid foundation for effective workplace coordination.

Every member, position, and department holds a distinctive role; however, when unified toward a common purpose, everyone converges into the profound collective strength of Binh Minh Viet.

A Concluded Journey – An Enduring Spirit

The three days in Da Lat have drawn to a close, yet the core values inspired by “Conquering the Great Forest 2026” will continually carry forward into daily operations: initiative, synergy, accountability, and the shared commitment to collective success.

This also serves as the driving force for each member to conquer new milestones, embarking alongside Binh Minh Viet toward increasingly dynamic stages of development.
